As folks may or may not know, time seem to fly by in University…That and there’s not a lot of time in between major assessments to begin with. My psychology mid-term is on the 18th, and biology following that one week after.
For those in Canada, our Thanksgiving day this year is the 13th, which gives us the first three day weekend since school started. Since I’m living away from home, I’m planning on returning to Toronto. As well, I’m actually planning to relax a bit when I go home. The consequence of this, of course, is that I’ll have to spend extra time reviewing before and possibly after the long weekend.
I’ll be putting more emphasis on studying for my two up-coming exams starting today. My F/HA translations will most likely continue because it’s what I use to relieve stress. If I think of an interesting topic I might write it out as well, but my activity for the next three weeks or so will be…lower than usual ^^;;
Just one more thing:
I got a question the other day about how I manage my time. Truth be told, I prioritize, but don’t manage. My routine goes something like this: On regular days (nothing excessively long such as labs), I’d hit the library after my final class to review the material of that day. This usually last 2-3 hours, which then I’d go back to my room, look at blogs/facebook, and eat dinner. After dinner I’d go back to my room and surf the web for around 30 mins (when you’re digesting, more blood is sent to the stomach, which means less for the brain). It would normally be 7-7:30ish at that point, and I’d go back to the library until either I’m done or I get kicked out (at this point, it would be 10:30-11, 11 is the time when announcements go off, and in a place where you can hear yourself think, it’s extremely freaky). That’s pretty much how my day goes, except for the weekends, since I have physics lab/tutorial that lasts until 5:30, after which I’d eat dinner and go to Anime club meeting. Weekends I usually wake up at 11, and studying begins at 1-2 and ends at 11, with probably an hour or so of online time somewhere in the middle.
If there are questions, drop a comment and I’ll contact you by email.
One more thing: If anyone thinks they found me on facebook go ahead and add me, kthx
