Centre Island Trip

A friend of mine from the University of Toronto invited me to go to Central Island for a picnic with a bunch of his friends. Since my usual circle of friends are usually doing their own things (one taking orgo chem at Kingston, one doing random things at home and another playing WoW), I tagged along.

Camera Test on Victoria Day

It’s Victoria day, a national holiday for us Canadaians (and I’m assuming in the UK too). To me it simply means an extra day this week to spend time with my parents since the lab I’m volunteering at still didn’t draft out a schedule yet (they asked me go in tomorrow though, which means no staying up till 1 reading Tom Clancy novels >.>)

The weather is pretty cold for the end of May these past days so I’m assuming that’s why the flowers aren’t looking at their best.

Reading Week Randomness

For those who don’t know, Reading week is basically the equivalent of spring break in Canadian universities/colleges (my condolences to those in York U.). Well, I kind of disappeared in the past two days due to poor organization of events and several other factors.

It started two days ago, on the 17th.
