It so appears that the current trend is to recycle older series of stuff that have proven to have a steady audience. As we await the resurrection of Fate/Stay Night and another dose of Mahou Shoujo Lyrical Nanoha in the form of wide screen theater release, another series is being pulled from slumber.

Macross Zero that is. This series is short and absolutely brilliant. The only other Macross series I’ve seen is Frontier, and, folks who watched Frontier probably recognize the topic of the post as the episode where they tried to reinact Macross Zero in episode 10 (with 90% borrowed scenes).

On top of an anime adaptation in 2006 and a manga in 2005, the TYPE-MOON mega hit Fate/Stay Night will now be played in wide screen theater in the form of a movie!
